Fast forward to 2020 — in the middle of a global pandemic — I finally found the courage to start my podcast. What began as a quiet act of service became a movement, then a full-time soul-led business. Less than two years later, I was living in my dream home in the English countryside, serving clients around the world.

I was still living from trauma.
Still running my business from survival.
Still sacrificing myself.
That heartbreak cracked me open.
It ushered in the most soul-shaking, transformative chapter of my life — a second awakening into the divine feminine. I realised I’d spent years overworking, overgiving, and overinvesting — not because I didn’t know better, but because my body and nervous system were still stuck in survival from childhood.
Even after therapy, coaching, and success, I was still trying to earn love, safety, and belonging by doing more. That pattern nearly cost me the dream I’ve had since I was a little girl: a peaceful life, a loving home, and a family of my own.
Slowing down showed me how much I had internalised the belief that I had to hustle to stay safe and prove my worth — in business, in relationships, in life. But the truth was: I didn’t feel safe in my own body. And no external strategy could fix that.
Once I started to heal my nervous system and reconnect with my body, everything changed.

Hi love, I’m Manpreet — founder of Heart’s Happiness, coach, speaker, cycle breaker, award-winning podcast host, and devoted healer of money, trauma, and legacy. Wealth embodiment mentor.
I first heard the whispers of my soul in 2012, calling me to share stories that would help others heal. But I wasn’t ready. There was still healing I needed to do first.

FAQ's
How are the sessions taking place? All 3 sessions per month will be on zoom on a usually on day/time TBC. One session will be a training session, one session a specific trauma release session on the them and the last session is QA session.
What if I can't join LIVE? All sessions are recorded and you get access to all the resources for a year. You can join Overflow 3.0 at a discounted price after if you need. Questions for the QA are submitted via telegram group and then Manpreet will create a zoom session answering question themes. I have burnt myself out so many times is another course not going to overwhelm me more ? Good question this course is set up for 12 months so it does not overwhelm you. We will be removing the wrong tasks and replacing them with the right ones. Its all about energy management and balancing your masculine and feminine. Doing less and getting results you want. Also removing a lot of your energy drains caused by the past. This process healed Manpreet's body of burn out , stopped her overworking and made her money. This is the medicine you need.
