As a highly sensitive child in a chaotic home, I never felt safe.
I lost my dad to suicide. I chased unavailable love.
I lived with Complex PTSD, co-dependency, addiction and high-functioning anxiety.
Drowning in debt, stuck in toxic patterns, and longing to feel whole. Highly successful on the outside even in the corporate world but silently crumbling on the inside.
But in 2015, I began to self-heal — and everything changed.
Not with a magic pill, but with daily, soul-led inner work:
Reparenting. Inner child healing. Parts work. Nervous system repair.
I slowly rebuilt myself from the inside out.
Now I live in Kent, UK, with my amazing soul mate husband,
running a six-figure, soul-aligned business —
guiding women like you to rise.
I wish I could say from then it was plane sailing it wasn't. My healing was just getting started lol. My second awakening came.....
Once I began to grow my business the unhealthy patterns of the past like over giving , lack of self worth, self-abandonment began to cause havoc on my bank account, my mental health and my body. NO MATTER HOW MUCH I EARNT.
I would spend it all as it didn't feel safe or worthy of money aka love.
I would work all the time as it literally didn't feel safe to slow down like it would all fall apart.
I even lost a baby as my body was struggling sooo much from burn out and lack of care. It took a breakdown on every level - financial, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, physical to FINALLY LEARN MY LESSON.
Stop running my business from survival. Literally my entire personality which grew in a toxic environment had to die. Performing, controlling, forcing, anxiety were all my best friends and had served me well.
But now they were destroying my next phase of my life as I prepared for motherhood and I needed my body to be in alignment.
Thankfully I found a way to create money and success from ease not hustle.
To heal the anxiety I have had my whole life which had me micro managing the universe.
The anxious attachment I had once with men had become a problem with business but thankfully to inner healing, shadow work and nervous system reclamation set me free.
This huge spiritual awakening led me to become a spiritual teacher who helps people to heal their relationship with money, abundance and their past to unlock the work of their soul.
I am so passionate about supporting you with your relationship with money. Because it is different when your sensitive and when you have a history of trauma.
I am here to lead those souls out of the darkness of that past to their BIGHT EXPANSIVE soul aligned lives. Because trauma doesn't need to be a block it can be transmuted into wisdom and POWER.
