As a highly sensitive child in a chaotic home, I never felt safe.

I lost my dad to suicide, chased unavailable love, and lived with complex PTSD, co-dependency, and high-functioning anxiety.

​

Performing on the outside — crumbling on the inside.

​

In 2015, I began to self-heal. Not with quick fixes, but with deep, soul-led work: reparenting, parts work, inner child healing, and nervous system repair. Slowly, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.

​

Now, I live in Kent with my soulmate husband, running a six-figure, soul-aligned business — guiding women to rise.

​

But my awakening didn’t end there.

As I grew my business, old survival patterns returned: over-giving, burnout, and self-abandonment. I even lost a baby as my body cried for rest.

​

It took breaking down on every level — financial, emotional, spiritual, and physical — to finally learn how to create from ease, not hustle.

​

Through deep healing, shadow work, and nervous system reclamation, I discovered how to feel safe with money, slow down, and receive from the divine.

​

That awakening led me to my soul work: teaching women how to heal their relationship with money, abundance, and their past so they can embody the work their soul came here for.

​

From 2020 to 2025, I learned the lessons so you don’t have to.
Now I guide lightworkers, cycle-breakers, and visionaries to:
