Hi I am Manpreet
My 9-Year Quantum Shift Story
Nine years ago, I was living from my old identity — stuck in an unfulfilling career, repeating relationship patterns, struggling with money, and carrying the weight of trauma.
2016 was my rock bottom moment. I had enough.
Without realising it, I was aligning to a higher timeline. I began doing shadow work and identity alchemy — practices that would transform my reality again and again as my higher self taught me how to quantum shift.
The Timeline of Transformation
✨ 2017 – Within 6 months, Left a toxic job for a soul-aligned one, received a £10k raise, and met my future husband.
✨ 2018 – In a year, Healed my pattern of chasing unavailable men and started to date my now husband.
✨ 2019 – Travelled and moved in together — every dream from my vision board manifested.✅
✨ 2020 – Within 6 months, Launched a podcast and sold out two group programmes and 1:1s — with no prior coaching experience, just sharing how I healed.
✨ 2021 – In 6 months Moved into my dream home and cleared debts . Later that year went full time in my purpose.
✨ 2022 – Vision board engagement and married in 3 months in a gifted dream wedding
✨ 2023 – Scaled my soul-led business from £12k to £103k in sales in a year!
✨ 2024 – Rebuilt my business to honour time freedom and body alignment — one day of coaching per week, total spaciousness. Healing my body from a life time of trauma. Literally changed auto immune markers from my blood tests. All in a year..
Now, as 2025 ends, I’m standing at a new threshold: scaling a business that’s fully aligned with my heart, soul, mind, and body — while expanding my family. Preparing for this next 9 year cycle.
