Suicide Prevention Support

I am extremely passionate about suicide prevention as I lost my Dad and my Grandmother to suicide.

 

If you EVER feel like you need immediate support  from a mental health professional please contact the below resources.  Always remember that no matter how bad things are for you right now....this world needs YOU. It won't be better without you.  You are important and you will find your way out of your pain. There are lots of resources out there to help you!

You can also use the below resources if you are worried about someone else and want to ask for advice

  • In an emergency: Call 999 or go to A&E and ask be seen a by a member of the mental health team.

  • Go to your GP and discuss how you are feeling in less urgent cases.
