I am extremely passionate about suicide prevention as I lost my Dad and my Grandmother to suicide.

It won't be better without you.  You are important and you will find your way out of your pain. There are lots of resources out there to help you! 

You can also use the below resources if you are worried about someone else and want to ask for advice

  • In an emergency: Call 999 or go to A&E and ask be seen a by a member of the mental health team.
